Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because Astravo offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we have a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (LUTs, presets, templates, bundles), all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been generated or accessed, we cannot issue a refund.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice within a 24-hour period.
• Technical Failure: If the file is proven to be corrupted and our technical support team is unable to provide you with a working replacement within 48 hours.

3. Custom Wedding Invitations

For digital wedding invitation orders that require custom details, cancellations are only accepted if the customization work has not yet begun. Once the design process is underway or the final digital invitation is delivered, the order is non-refundable.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact our support team at support@astravo.in within 7 days of your purchase, explaining the issue in detail.
