Astravo operates strictly as a digital marketplace. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

All products (including presets, LUTs, plugins, and templates) are delivered digitally. Upon successful completion of your payment, you will instantly receive access to your purchased files.

2. How to Access Your Files

• Checkout Success Page: Download links are provided immediately on the order confirmation screen after checkout.
• Email: You will receive an automated email containing a link to download your purchased assets.
• My Account: If you created an account, your files will always be accessible from the "Downloads" section in your profile dashboard.

3. Custom Digital Wedding Invitations

For digital wedding invitations that require customization with your event details, the finalized digital file (video or image) will be delivered to your registered email address within the promised timeframe (usually 24-48 hours) after you have submitted the necessary details.

4. Physical Shipping

Since we only sell digital goods, no physical shipping address is required for delivery, and no physical items will be mailed to you. The shipping cost for all our products is Free.
